Xiaomi's popular sub-brand is preparing to reveal the Poco M4 Pro, a 5G-enabled smartphone. According to previous reports, the phone would succeed the Poco M3 Pro 5G, which was released earlier this year in India. The Poco M4 Pro 5G has been circulating in the rumour mill and going through numerous certification websites ahead of its formal launch.
Because the future series will have a Pro variation, there's a chance that the lineup could also include a vanilla variant known as the Poco M4. The phone's IMEI database listing with model number 21091116AG was uncovered by noted tipster Kacper Skrzypek. The Eurasian Economic Commission approved the same model number in August. In the same month, the phone's Indian variation went via the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification website.
Poco M4 Pro 5G To Launch Soon
As previously said, the M4 Pro 5G has already been certified by a number of websites, including the Compulsory Certificate of China (3C), IMEI, and even TENAA. This indicates that Poco is about to reveal the new smartphone. Abhishek Yadav, a well-known leaker, disclosed earlier this month that the phone has appeared on the EEC, 3C, IMEI, and TENAA certification websites. On the aforementioned websites, the item appears to have the model number 21091116AC.

Skrzypek supplied photos of a listing for the Poco phone with model number 21091116AG on October 1. The source said in his tweet that the phone will be powered by a MediaTek CPU. The Poco M4 Pro 5G is also expected to have significantly improved specifications over its predecessor, the Poco M3.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC is included in the Poco M3. It also comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and runs MIUI 12 on top of Android 10. The phone has a 6.53-inch display with a full-HD+ resolution (1,0802,340 pixels). The phone has a triple camera configuration at the rear in terms of optics. A 48MP main camera, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor are all included. It has an 8MP selfie camera on the front.
