Realme launched the Realme GT series with the Snapdragon 888-powered Realme GT 5G in March. Later that month, the business released the Realme GT Neo, a more affordable version powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. A few months later, the company unveiled the Realme GT Master Edition, a Snapdragon 778G phone, and the Realme GT Master Explorer Edition, a Snapdragon 870-powered phone. Now, the business is preparing to release the Realme GT Neo2, a Snapdragon 870-powered smartphone.
The new Realme GT Neo2 will fill the gap left by the Realme GT Master Explorer Edition in markets like India. Realme decided to not bring this variant, and now we know why: The Realme GT Neo2 has nearly the same specifications. According to reports, the new sequel for the cost-effective flagship series will reach the global markets in October 2021. Realme is yet to confirm the launch in other markets, but we expect the device’s global campaign to start soon after the Chinese release.
